I don't understand what the delay is on my repair/replace. I purchased DJI Refresh, DJI accepted payment 7 days ago, one email said it was replaced on the 4th, the website jumps around on it being repaired on the 5th, with various timestamps. It says shipping info would be available in 1 business day which should have been either last Friday or this Monday but still nothing. How do I go about getting info on this situation?

You are calm. In the end you will have it repaired and enjoying the bird. I tell you from experience. But it is true that the company could improve the speed of repair.

There is a bit of a backlog in the shipping department, but they were able to get the unit shipped out Today. You should have received the tracking information not too long ago.
