What's going on with DJI's repair center right now? It's been showing 'PShipping Preparation' for more than a week, is this normal or did they lose my stuff somewhere in the wearehouse?

About right.. sent mine off April 11th.. They revived it in on the 14th and I'm still sitting where you are and I got a phone call 4 days ago saying they will send it back 2nd day air.. LMAO!!!

Could you please provide me the case number , so we can look into it.

I hope you get your back soon.. Almost 5 weeks is too long with out my mavic!

Mindy, Thank you. I just checked the ups shipping and you did send it 2nd day air. It will be here tomorrow. I'm hoping it's back to original condition.  Thanks!

Yeah im currently having the same issue, I contacted the live chat yesterday but they said they didnt know anything about it and couldnt really do anything.  Technically it could already be back if they mailed it when they said they would have.
