I have very large files on my sd card from the mavic.
Is there a way to  trim the video down from 1 min to a few seconds before download from sd card to pc?

can dji go app do this? because it seems to only allow me to cut the lower quality files.

or is there a pc program to do this?

If you have windows 10 you can use the standard image/video viewer to cut videos.

you sir are a genius! I  do not know why I haven't noticed this earlier!
Doesn't seem to lose quality too!
Do you do this so you don't have to import mega large video files into your video editing software?

Nah, i just import the 4GB files directly into Premiere and then cut it.
I've made sure to always start recording the moment i take off, and only stop recording to take a picture or when i land.
That way i'm 100% sure i won't miss anything!

As I recall, the Photos app on Windows can do some simple cuttings. But if you need more supported formats and flexible editing features, maybe you could try the video cutter. I am using it. It is able to cut videos losslessly, which means it will help preserve your video quality as much as possible while performing precise cutting. It can also crop, rotate, convert, merge videos, etc.
