Hello All!

I need some kind of advice before I start to worry. I have a brand new Mavci Pro (1 day old) and when I turn on the controller after couple of minutes the fan blade starts spinnging. I know it's normal but (I think) mine has some issue. You can check here in the video: (sorry for the orientation but I uploaded to facebook first)



Is this fan noise normal?  It's sounds a bit strange to me but feel free to convince me or make calm )

No, that's not normal at all.

Here is the link to start a RMA if you want to send it in for repair.
It should not be making that sound. Sounds like the fan blade is rubbing.

No problem, ans sorry you have that sound.The controller has a 12 month warranty, so send it in when you're able to.

hopefully you can send back just the RC and not the entire Mavic Pro!
