Not relevant to what I posted about. My point was that the support pages of other products had a direct download link while the support page for this product did not. It's not an argument. It's an observation about how well (or not) the SUPPORT pages are designed (not about other areas of the site). As DJI Jamie replied/implied, consistency is important.

Many people looking for downloads will end up on the support pages before they end up on the (product) page you posted. Just trying to help the end user.

Thank you, kind sir. I was a web designer for about 8 years, and UI and navigation were something I focused a lot of my time on. I understand how things like this can be so easily overlooked, but it's also the reason the most popular sites go through so many changes in their earlier days, and continue to go through changes as potential "inefficiencies" are discovered.
