Could you please clarify your Phantom model?
Did you crash the aircraft before? Is the firmware up to date?

It is a phantom 4. Never crashed and the firmware is up to date.

Since this is a hardware problem, I would recommend you send it in for service. http://www.dji.com/service/repair
