Tima, although I am not familiar with HPRC cases (I did look them up)  I personally would remove the gimbal especially if extensive travel is involved. If you are using it for transport between shoot sights it may be perfect! Safety First! Ken.

what hprc case is it ? the one with the 3 layers at the right side? i have that one and usually just take lenses off and the gimble is fine
