Hello,

I've recently run into a problem with my Mavic Pro in WiFi mode: Whenever I try to fly it with my iPhone 6 and the DJI Go App I can see a clear and perfect image, but in the upper lefthand corner it says "Signal Lost".
I got this problem both in a residential area (with potentially some interference) as well as out on an open field (where there's definitely no intereference).
I restarted everything multiple times and even did a factory reset on the Mavic. It's also on the latest firmware.

What could be the issue here? Is it perhaps phone related?

Thanks,

Alex

Just tried with my iPad, exact same problem. Either it's iOS related, or a problem on the Mavic itself.

I tried flying in WiFi mode for the first time a few minutes ago and had the same issue. Perfect image transmission and can see telemetry and modify settings ... but always says "Signal Lost" and won't let me take off (I think it technically does a RTH "landing", but doesn't even spin the motors). Tried resetting WiFi, changing the SSID and password, 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz, different image transmission rates, etc. Couldn't get it to work.

Using an iPhone 7+ with latest iOS, DJI Go 4 app, and Mavic firmware.

Do we think this is fixable ? Or return the mavi as faulty ? Or live with it and wait and see ? Thoughts, ideas and help appreciated .. thx all

Having exact same issue. Yesterday, before the latest firmware upgrade, I could actually fly a little bit, but it kept going into auto land mode. Today, can't even take off, blinking red "Signal Lost", yet perfect image, data, satellites, etc.

FRUSTRATING

I've got the same issue with iPad.  Even did a recent update and no better...  anybody with news please let us know.

It's iOS DJI GO 4 ver.4.1.0 issue, I had try to downgrade firmware to .600, .550 and there is not working.
But it's work while I roll back the DJI GO 4 APP to 4.0.8.

This is what I got from DJI - seems they hit auto-reply button #1 and didn't even bother to read my email fully.
Thank you for raising your concern here in DJI Support.  We are gladly here to assist you with your concern. To try to resolve this issue, kindly follow the steps that we provided below.  Make sure all firmware are up to date. Please refresh the firmware thru DJI Assistant 2. Make sure you are not flying your drone in a restricted area. Re-link your remote controller with your aircraft. Perform remote controller calibration.  We hope it helped. Please let us know if the problem persists.  Thank you.   Best Regards, Florence  DJI SUPPORT

So refreshing the firmware does not work.

That's disappointing but unfortunately not surprising...  I've had other issues where I have yet to get the dji assistant tool to even work on my computer.  Looks like if you didn't have any luck it's probably not worth the effort on my end.

I'm having the same issue after updating. Can you tell me how to roll back my app to the previous version?

The app store has the latest version only.

I have solved this problem few miniutes ago and it's easy after 10 days upset.

Now Mavic can fly with app 4.1.0 using wifi again no matter which firmware on Mavic.

1. remove old dji go app manually.
2. soft reset iphone by press power and home buttons at the same time.
3. reinstall go 4 app 4.1.0
