I opened a case on 5/29.  I am still waiting to receive my Shipping labels so I can return my drone to you.  I am constantly checking my email and junk folders.  I sent in a chat and you told me to wait 24-48 hours.  It has been 96 hours and I have heard nothing.  Please help.  My case number is CAS-675776-W6D5N2   Thank you

Gee, I opened a case on a battery and the label was in my inbox within 10 minutes.
Perhaps go here: https://repair.dji.com/en/SelfRepair/Area and start over.

George, just checked your case , the shipping label has been sent, please double check it. If you did not receive it, please PM me your email address, I'd like to look into it.

do they send the emails on the weekend? I sent mine yesterday morning and i still haven't gotten mine.

Sorry to tell you but I believe that option can be seen after submitting all the information and print out the case. However, if you wish to get your case number. We can use your email address here in Forum to get the case information.

However, I have 1 more problem because the country is United kingdom instead of Ireland. All my details from my address is correct except for the country. Can i crash out the United Kingdom by pen and write Ireland by pen in the UPS label? I emailed already the dji support and still waiting for their reply if they will email a new ups label or they will allow that my suggestion. just hoping that i can get a quick answer
