I saw this question asked on Quora and thought I would ask if anyone in the community has a solution (verses DJI support).
Does anyone have a design for pontoons for their DJI Avata ... or at least something to keep the drone afloat so you can recover it?

You have to be able to return the carcass if your avata fails and then drops in water. If it sinks and you can't find it then it's game over.

I too will just stick to flying on the trails and I won't go near water until I have something that will ensure I can recover my drone if it goes down over water.
