Hello droners,

Please see here another video of my trip to Corsica. This time Cap Corse.
Often called an island within an island, the Cap Corse is a maquis covered peninsula whose history sets it apart from the rest of the island.  Forty kilometres long and only fifteen across, the rocky peninsula of Cap Corse gives access to some exceptionally beautiful and unspoilt stretches of coast. Villages perched on cliffs and secluded rocky inlets line the west; tiny fishing ports and sandy coves fringe the east.


A complete circuit of the Cap Corse will take you about four hours from St Florent (without stops) and we recommend that you always drive in a clockwise direction so that you are always in the inside lane (the road can be narrow and winding and the drops are precipitous).  Please enjoy this film and if you like it , you’re more then welcome to subscribe to my channel:

T&D - Very nice footage!  I am going there (Corsica and Cap Corse) in September, so I was happy to see your video.  One quick question, if I may - about the footage of (approaching) Ile de la Giraglia: what drone were you using?  I see you have a MIni 3 Pro (as well as some others). I will be bringing my Mini 3 Pro to Cap Corse, and I am not sure it has enough range to get out there far enough to capture the island...but would like to know if it's possible.

I used the Mavic 2 pro .
Your mini will make it to the island aswell , but there was a lot of wind when I was there, then the heavier and bigger MP2 will do the job.
The wind will probably be you biggest painpoint. No wind ,no problem for the mini.
