Hi, got my Pocket 3 2 weeks ago, have been using it at 4k60fps and enjoying the footage it produces, however I am getting an odd issue, not on every bit of footage, but on the occasional clip, when trying to add to the Edit timeline in DaVinci Resolve 18.6 it crashes Resolve... Have I got something set incorrectly on the Pocket 3, or on my computer? Is there something I am doing wrong?

Any help or advice wold be much appreciated...

Are you filming in 10bit HEVC and using the free version of the Resolve,  that can usually be an issue?

I think the paid for version doesnt have the issue with the files,   sadly.

Maybe you should give DaVinci Resolve 19 (even if beta) a try. They improved a lot there and it might fix it for you as well. So if you have a different PC just give it a go for test,

Hmm, it might be helpful if we knew more info about your computer operating system and hardware , eg. Windows (disk type and graphics card), iMac, or Macbook Pro? I read about this partly being due to lack of hardware acceleration for video codecs. I'm on lastest DR 18.6.6 (free) using a Macbook Pro M1 and have no problems with 4K 60 fps D-Log M HEVC footage so far on short videos. (I'm testing a 1 hour video to verify that size of video file doesn't matter.)

Have you tried version 18.6.6 to see if that resolves (no pun intended) the issue?

I am using 18.6.6, have a new laptop, 32GB RAM, 2TB SSD, but ti doesn't seem to like the HVEC footage, I will try the new release of DaVinci and see how that fares...
