Very scenic tour of Meiers Corners Charles.  That was some smooth flying and nice camera work.

Thank you. We are doing a spring stroll for the Victory Blvd. Merchants association. I am suing to to promote the event. The day of I will be shooting the street action there.  Testing safe parts of the area to fly in that will be away from the pedestrians.

Thanks, We are doing a spring stroll here next weekend. I went up to promote it and test out some places that I could fly that wouldn't be near crowds to get the action.

Always a good plan to reconnoiter an area before a shoot to work out all the details and any kinks that you might encounter on the day of the shoot.  Good old pre-mission planning as we always called it.

Thanks we are having a spring stroll with entertainment next week. This was a dry run to see where the safe places to fly would be. Hopefully if the weather cooperates I will have a clip with events soon.

It's perfect and it flies so smoothly. The larger drone and sensor does make a difference.I found the Mavic 3E to be an excellent efficient machine but it isn't as smooth as the mavic 3 I think it's the propellers it's choppier and very accurate but doesn't transition as smoothly for video. Hence another drone. It's a slippery slope.

It's funny. I have 7 but I buy them used so they don't show in my profile. Most of the time I pick them up for 25 to 50% off. Maybe when I get the Avata 2. I would like to try one FPV. I'm not sure I'm sold on the concept.

I've had five ( which is the threshold) but one was second-hand and so doesn't count.
It would appear that DJI don't consider owners of hand-held devices ( Pocket/Action etc.) to be part of their Core User group. I have two of those. Only drones seem to figure.
As for the Avata - I'd love to try it but I know I couldn't handle the controls safely.
