Hi,

My Mini 3 Pro recently suffered an uncontrolled flyaway resulting in a crash that has damaged the gimbal, rear left arm and mainboard. I am repairing this drone myself as have plenty of experience, the gimbal and arm were simple however I am looking at the price difference between core boards that are not bound to an account compared to boards that are. Is it possible for DJI to unbind a core board if it can be proven to have been sold as a spare part? Thanks, Rik.

Right ok so then as it was an uncontrolled flyaway would DJI send me a replacement? I have all the flight logs.

Hi, there. Once our relevant team receives the damaged aircraft, they will perform an inspection and we'll send you an offer depending on the assessment results. You may then choose if you would like to continue with the repair or have it replaced under DJI Care Refresh.

Can somebody help that I bought a dji mini 3 pro with RC from an online store. On the website this was an outlet option, that somebody has returned the drone to the online store.
I try to find the owner, probably worker in producer studio.
I have also a check that I purchased this drone, and also all email about the purchase.
Is it possible that unlock the drone, if I provide you the check and mails?

Bought it secondhand and according to the previous owner she did as well because the mail adress the drone is bound to is not from the previous owner but from someone before that. drone seems to be like thirdhand or fourthhand instead of seondhand... I've got no idea how to get in contact with the original owner of the drone now. Hope dji can help me out with this.

If you purchase a second-hand drone, we recommend you try to contact your seller to confirm with the previous owner to log in to the account and unbind the drone first. Then you can log in to your account to bind it.

If your dealer can't contact the previous owner, please let us know. You can contact with our service support. Our relevant team could try to contact the previous owner. But we could not guarantee the result. We will try to wait for the owner's answer within 5 working days and give you feedback as soon as possible. Hope for your understanding and support.

The seller is still unable to unbind the drone himself so he would greatly appriciate it if the dji support team could do this for him. As I'm speaking of right now the drone is still bound to his account. How many business days should this take for may I ask?

The seller just sent me the mail adres. This is the same mailadress the drone is bound to. I don't really prefer to put the sellers mailing adres on the forum here though. But since you asked... here is the mailing adress that is bound to the drone and got used to send the mail in which he asked if dji can unbind the drone in his place. Mailadres is : nickie_uit_gouda@hotmail.com

I hope the fact that the seller told me blurred out mailing adress in the dji flighht app is enough proof that we really do want the drone to be unbound from the original mailing adress
