Hi,

Since I have updated my DJI Mini2 with the latest firmware (V01.03.0000) I have noticed the following:

I connect my mini2 and DJI Fly wirelessly and that works correctly.

When I then try to download for instance 360 pano photo from my mini2, the DJI Fly app use to hang in the phase when it tries to stitch the pano photos together. There's the message "creating pano photo..." and it keeps staying at 0% forever. The weird thing is that sometimes it manages to pass this phase and creates the 360 successfully, but most of the time it doesn't, being stuck at 0%...

It also happens that SOMETIMES video is downloaded broken so it can't be opened on the pbone. But most of the times the videos are downloaded correctly.

This was all working perfectly before, please help, what's going on?

What phone/tablet do you use?

I believe the panoramas are created on the phone by the DJI Fly app.

I have the new Samsung Galaxy S21 5G...

Do you know what version of the DJI Fly app you have? If the latest, might be that the app isn’t optimised. I do know some Android phones have no issues while other give their owners a headache.

Hmmm, that's the latest one I get on Google play, although it seems to me as very old one...

Now I have upded my DJI Fly to 1.4.4 but still - the message "creating panorama photo(s).." stucks at 0%...

Apart from this, this DJI Fly version does not show flight logs for some reason, which seems to me as another possible bug. However, flights are being logged when I manually search the Flight logs folder.

Try rolling back to 1.4.0 . I too have a Samsung A32 and it doesnt work properly on 1.4.4 but seems 100% on the 1.4.0

Ok, the issue with showing flight logs is fixed - it just takes some time for the app to parse all the logs, especially if there's a lot of them...

But creating panorama photos does not work using either version of the DJI Fly app, in combination with my S21!
I have now tried to connect my mini2 with my old S9 phone (where it used to works before) and yes - creating pano photos work perfectly with S9.

Please someone help to make it work on S21 as well.
