Hi there. Thank you for reaching out, and apologies for any inconvenience caused. Here are the steps for calibrating the camera:
1. Power on the aircraft, DJI Goggles, and the remote controller respectively and ensure that all devices have been linked.
2. After connecting the USB-C port on the DJI Goggles to the mobile phone, launch the DJI Fly app. Download the camera calibration files to the aircraft based on the interface prompts. During downloading, the network must be connected.
Hi, I can't download the camera calibration files. The DJI Fly app just states an error, or it gets stuck at 0%. Running SpeedTest app on my phone gives me 386Mbs down and 39Mbs Up, and given that DJI says the file is 1 MB, my phone's connection is not likely to be the issue.
I can't be the only one who is experiencing this problem. Please see the screenshots:
I can never update the DJI Fly app from the app either, I always have to manually download the APK and install it.
Equipment List:
Avata (1)
Goggles V2
Original Motion Controller
Google Pixel 7 Pro (Android 14)
After upgrading my Goggles firmware using Assistant 2 (Consumer Drone Series), my video feed went to black. My drone can fly and auto-land, but I can't see through the goggles (or DJI Fly app) so, it's pretty useless right now. I don't think I can record video either. |
