Hi
Since the update i'm getting the following message on my Air 3 Failed to load dynamic safety data. Geo awareness function degraded.. I have searched this forum and other sources and have already done the following with no success..
1/ Got at least 25 satellite locked and  take off outside and tried it
2/ got a very strong Wi-Fi signal,
3 Gone to settings>about>update flysafe and the same on profile>settings on the RC2.
4 Refreshed the firmware on both RC2 and Air3 using DJI assistant 2 on my PC






Still it says firmware is up to date and the I get the same message. Realise it's xmas, but hoping someones got any more sugesstions

Hi, thanks for replying Dji fly app is 1.12.4 (1165-dpad) on my RC2, other firmware as per photos and clicking on check for updates both within the RC2 and Dji Fly gives the message Firmware is at the latest version.

I have the same problem. I have an Air 3 app 1.12.4 using an RC2 controller. Flying fine apart from warning message.

Alas tried that.  Not really flown about much as the weather is V poor but let it take off automatically and and hover with 23+ sats locked then landed and tried it.

Wish there was a download we could manually import like we can firmware..

Same problem message with my air3. Just started with the latest firmware update: Aircraft 01.00.1000  RC 02.00.03000 App. version 1.12.4
Correction: The RC version is 02.00.0300

Hi there, you could follow the below step to export the RC log, thanks.

Method: After DJI RC is connected to DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Series), click [Log Export], select the log to be exported, and click [Save To Local].

hi everybody thought you might like to learn the following:
I spoke to the DJI help team who got me to refresh the firmware of both the aircraft and RC2 controller via DJI Assistant, but after rebooting the problem had not been resolved. The error code 1B0A000L came up with the Failed to load Dynamic etc. I made a second call and was advised to return the drone and RC for repair. A dead end!

This has got to be a firmware issue it’s only happened after latest update .. DJI need to come up with a fix asap . They are quite happy to take our money now time to step up and fix what they have broken

My gut feel is that this issue will not effect the drone's operation.  The warning refers to something that is N/A, if you look into settings /about on the RC, but who am I to know? I would prefer to hear from someone who does!

I’ve still not heard anything about this issue from DJI. I wonder whether the warning has something to do with the operator’s location. I’m in the UK, are you also?

Took the air 3 out for a fly and checked., YAY there was a flysafe update, updated it successfully. and... Boo I still get the same message 1.00.01.32, Air 3 firmware 01.00.1000 and RC firmware 02.00.0300

Exactly the same thing for me, did the fly safe update and still got the warning “Failed to load dynamic safety data…….” Still haven’t had a reply from DJI engineers.
