Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Fly app on your mobile device and try again to see if the issue persists? you may also try to use a 3rd party software for you to stitch the original panorama files to create a sphere shot. technically there should not be any issues with the DJI app itself right? as that is the hardware provider app. Any suggested app?
