C1 stickers received but cannot upload photos

I received the stickers for the C1 certification and applied them to my Air 2S.

Going back to the aplication in order to upload the photos, it still says the stickers have "to be shipped", step 2 of the process. Therefore I cannot go to the third step "Photos to be Uploaded".

Anyone had the same problem before?

Today is the 12th day of waiting for the labels, according to the support page 29.04. sent, according to support chat May 1st. sent. Still nothing there! According to the post app, no letter announcement. What DJI is doing is just shameful!

To Late I am now traveling to Portugal for work for 3 months. The drone is at home in Germany, but I couldn't take it with me because it wasn't C1 certified.

Same here. Netherlands, process started as it came live. Today I received the stickers but the process is in step 2 and no way to move forward.

I have the Cx number for you.
I cannot send you a PM? Maybe because of lack of rights?
I changed my forum name from fans9c70d48b to the easier name of TrySkyFly.
Maybe that's the problem?
Second problem (maybe?) is that I was logged in under another name in DJI Fly app? There my name is Backyardguy
I have several DJI products over the years and therefore this problem arises maybe.

Hello,
i use the smart controller to controll my air 2 s. I took photos with my cell phone and then copied them to the controller, but the upload program for certification says that the timestamp between taking the photo and uploading it is too far apart.
Unfortunately I can't upload any photos. is there an alternative?



has anyone a idea?
