No, there are additional controls required for the P4P that are not present on the P4 body. And I don't believe DJI sell the P4P gimbal and camera as spares.

Well you can buy the gimbals separately at helipal.com.
I crashed my P4 a year ago and bought spare parts from them.

That may be, but the P4P camera requires additional controls that are not catrered for in the P4 aircraft body.

DJI sell the gimbals for both in their online Store. I do not think they would be compatible at all, two very different cameras. As example the P4P has aperture and focus control, and 100Mb/s sample rate, which the P4 does not.
