Does anyone have a tried & true setting for the channels on a FPV TX & a Black Pearl?  I am using a 400mw FlySight TX5804 transmitter with an RC801 Black Pearl monitor. It seems like I can get the the interference from the Phantom RC to subside, but when the Phantom gets about 300 feet away, the picture on the Black Pearl gets fuzzy. The farther away it goes, the more the picture quality degrades. Any suggestions?

You might want to switch channels and see what happens.  I left my ImmersionRC on the factory default setting. 5740, I think, channel 1. You can try different antennas.  I like the Spironet over the stock stick antennas.

With the AVL58 Lite and Black Pearl I was told to use band "E". So I do with TX and RX set to channel 1. I get about 1200 meters before signal degrades.

Band E Channel 1 on black pearl, and DJI AVL is on channel 8

Hello, TXt5804 performs best  at E 1-4 channel. Pls buy panel antenna and cloverleaf antennas so you can get 2km in open field.

i use the panel antenna and have gone out to 485 meters.  sometimes it flakes around 350 meters but i or my spotter can stills ee the bird so i feel okay with it.  i recently bought the cloverleaf antennas and will give them a try to see if they help with the range.
