I have had my Inspire 1 in the garage for about a year. I got it out to fly and the DJI Go app was not compatible with the firmware that i have on the drone. I went through the regular process of downloading and trying to install the new firmware on the Inspire 1. I did not get to try and update the controllers, because I couldn't get the helicopter to sucessfully update. I think I probably missed a few firmware versions. Anyone have any helpful links or advice?

Could you please help us to confirm the aircraft was failed to update or there was no any response when updating? If it failed to update, please provide us the log file for analysis, which is a hidden file and can be found in the root directory of the SD card.
