Do they make it impossible to conatct anyone to cancel the care refresh plan if you return a dji phantom 4? nitemare cusotmer service so far.

Just to make sure I'm on the same page, did you already receive a refund for your aircraft? Was it through a dealer or via the DJI Support? How long has it been since you emailed djicare@dji.com without response?
