Hi All,

My controller is charging my Ipad Mini 4. I have tried others cables and it keeps on.

Any suggestion?

This happens also with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. Unless I make sure the tablet is charged to 100% before each use.  The tablet sees the RC as a power source as soon as the USB cable is attached and the RC switched on.

This has never occurred to my flight kit.

But I do start each drone outing, with fully charged controller, device, & flight packs.

The tablet comes up with an advisory message :   This device is charging slowly, you can speed it up by connecting to an appropriate power source
Or words to that effect.........

Yes, the tablet believes it is charging, but the rate is so slow it will have negligible effect.

I checked the current with my measurer and I think this current is not so low.

My controller charges my android device but not my ios device. Why is it a problem if it is charging your device? I would rather it did.

Might explain why some Androids do not connect well or at all (or drop out entirely) via USB and just sit there and charge?

Wasn't there a new setting in GO 4.1.3 where you could turn that "feature" off?

It never charged the iPad when I had the phantom 4 and the controller lasted ages on one charge, now I have the 4 pro and the controller charges the iPad, I am having to charge the controller a lot more
