I recently had 2 problems after the last update of the A2 and Zenmuse GH4 firmware.
My first problem is the appearance of a Jello effect as seen on this video:
Since the update I have the appearance of a high-frequency vibration on the gimbal’s engines:
My second problem is the slow drift of skyline on the ROLL axe when using the yaw axe identical to that one:
My Gains are identical to those recommended. I went back several times to update all modules of the A2 and zenmuse and directed several calibration of the IMU and GPS. The Gimbal is perfectly balanced with no modification.
My first request to support DJI went unanswered for 3 weeks.
I checked your registered email address and cannot find any record in our system.
Could you pls tell me your ticket number?
Regarding your issues. I recommend you to check if the screw to camera is well-tighten, and check the GCU RC channal is in mid or not.
Did you install the damper? If so, pls use a softer one.
I never had a ticket number but always the message has been send. Plz try with this email adress : contact@droneeffect.fr
I try with the screw well tight, middle tight and without the screw. The best result was middle tighten.
I use original damper.
What do you mean about GCU RC channel ?
moral of the story...when dji bring out new firmware, be very wary....they need to at least offer a way of downgrading firmware so that when we use there untested 'upgrades' we can at least go back to something that works
