Over 300 feet and can't bring it down, lol. Even the RTH could not bring it down, it said it was 1 meter off the ground. I put it in ATTI mode and faught with it to get it down.

Any suggestions?

In the image it says 331.3 feet, so I have no idea... where did it say  1 meter?

Straight up over your head if you have antennas in upright (vertical) position is not good for this manoeuvre you need antennas in horizontal position. Only thing I can think might have happened.

It came up on the screen when I tried to do a tap fly (said it had to be above 1 meter) so the drone thinks its just above ground
