I need help!! My DJI GO APP v.4.0.5 works perfectly and never crash but with the latest updates of the aricraft (0.900) i have been limited to 50m and 30 m high. I read that if i'm logged to account restrictions will dissapear but it's not my case, i'm logged and restrictions dont dissapear. If i update DJI GO 4 app to new versions, restrictions disappear but the app crashes (blacks screen). I dont know what to do, i want to keep my dji go app v.4.0.5 because it works perfectly with my device but I dont know how to make restrictions disapear!

Are you referring to firmware 1.03.0900?

The limitation you are talking about is not true with DJI App 4.0.5 and firmware 1.03.800. I do use that configuration and have no restriction at all.

Upgrade your Go 4 to latest 4.1.3. Some say they had to uninstall the Go 4 app and reinstall. I use the DJI assistant on Windows 10 to upgrade my firmware and get no problems that way. I am using Ipad mini 4 though.

i try this configuration now and i cant fly more than 50m.... Im being crazy, i dont know what to do...

Stupid question: you are logged in AND you disabled Beginner mode / any other distance limit in the app, right?

If that is the case... the limitation is definitively something weird. Do try and delete DJI app, then use a file explorer to delete every DJI folder both in Internal and External storage.

Try again reinstalling, let me know if it works.

Topicstarter did update to 1.03.0900 (FW) and 4.1.x (App), so yes...

I have tried it and it doesn't work. I used another mobile device (samsung s6) and it worked perfectly. It seems that is my mobile device (bq aquaris m5) the problem, but it's embarrassing because I flew all this time (since february) with no problems...
