I love my Mavic but feel like my trusty Phantom 3 was collecting dust...added skin and some aftermarket props today...great look and feels little faster than before

Yes that looks very good.
I have the 3 blade version of carbon fiber that required serious balancing, you could see aircraft wobble at idle prior to balancing.
And yes its much faster and climbs like a scalded Ape. But battery life is shorter with 3 blade props. But I really like the look of carbon.
Just know that these blades mean business, they don't give and they're sharp. Consider them spinning razors. I've trimmed small tree limbs with mine.

OHHH DO THEY BITE!!! I made mistake of trying to catch land it on a boat and ended up with a few stitches...ridiculous story for the ER nurse

Actually much faster .. or do you just feel your Phantom is faster?
How about some actual numbers for horizontal and vertical speed to back up those claims?

Don't waste your time on stupid 3-blade props.
They'll be no improvement in any way and could well cause you to lose your Phantom.
Third party props are the last thing you want to mess around with if you like bringing your Phantom home again after flying.

Thanks for the warnings of the CF blades, I'm new to the Phantom, but have had a BUNCH of toy grades, so I'm a real good pilot with a good bird lol (I started off manually taking off and landing this due to it being so easy) after all the trials and tribulations with the sloppy, bouncy, ill handling toys.

Anyway, I just about bought a set of CF blades today, simply for looks, but since I'm only a few days into ownership, I didn't.. I thought doing some research was warranted, and I did not realize they're capable of ripping your skin apart. Might just stick with the plain ol' white blades lol   lucky it was just arm, and not an eye!!
