1 - I successfully updated the aircraft to the Phantom 3 Advanced Firmware v1.11.20 (2017-07-06)
2 - App asks for control update (GL300B)
        97% stopped
        continue till 100%
        Success
        delete firmware package

3 - radio beeping indicating no bind
4 - USB port only charge the cellphone, but doesn´t conect the app
5 - So I did a hard bind pressing  C1+C2+Record+ 2 press the scrow iso, and successfully bind to the aircraft.  
6 - The aircraft receives commands, such gimbal and even starts motors.

BUT
A- The light in control is blinking green (not solid) or blinking red if the aircraft is off.
B- The app doesn´t conect.

yes, that link is sure broken.. i remembering seing something, and i think the user was told to ship the radio to DJI

RC reset - cannot hurt to give it a try..  u will have to relink your controller to the drone after this...
Please turn off remote, press C1+C2+ Record+ Camera settings dial at the same time, then turn on remote, you will see the light blue led, then run the APP and try to upgrade it again.
