did order my DJI Spark on the on the first day of July and got my payment confirmation on July 2, 2017. After a couple of days checking on the status of my order via the DJI application on my phone there were no changes and started to send ticket queries and sent couple of chat messages with your customer service team.
it is already july 14,2017 and still pending to be shipped?
i am upset for paying $933 canadian dollar and waiting for forever without update and believed the false advertisement that drone will be shipped days after payment confirmation
I ended up cancelling my RC that was on order from DJI because they kept moving out the shipping date. Cancel it and buy from Amazon, they're available via Prime: http://amzn.to/2uho88p

Sorry to hear about your issue. I ordered my Alpine White Fly more package from DJI on July 13th and received it on the 15th. Shipping only took a day since I live in Northern California and it was shipped from Southern CA.
While ordering, I noticed that some of the colors have longer lead times (7-10 days)... note sure what color you ordered. Hopefully yours is shipped by now.
hi animan, yeah mate! i ordered the combo for sky blue so not sure that made a difference however since you are in the US delivery will definitely be faster. just that my case has been forever so everybody is advising me to cancel my order. i am really a fan of dji reason why i got frustrated with my first purchase experience. didn't end start and end well i guess. thanks to you all guys
