Noticed jello  only hen camera pointed straight down. Does not effect stills but noticeable on vids..

Did you watch the original video from your SD card? To verify this case, we suggest that you can also try to fly at a no-wind place for testing: calibrate the gimbal first and choose a video size lower than 4K, check the props and vibration absorber to make sure they are all undamaged.
If the jello effect still exists, could you please upload an original video here for a better confirmation?

Yes, be sure those four vibration dampers are undamaged and that the two anti-drop pins are secure but not too tight.
