I am having some difficulty finding both sides of the factory landing gear for the newer Vision +.  I have seen several Amazon ads for the side with the anti-static compass (part# 18), but did not have the other side.  It was over $6. shipping for the one side.

Can anyone point me to a dealer who would likely have both sides of the gear available? Just trying to gain that extra 1/2 or 3/4 inch ground clearance over the stock gear for my Phantom 2 v2, non-vision aircraft with the H3-3D and GoPro.

No, not the right ones.  The Vision+ legs are longer. About 1/2 or 3/4 inch longer, or should I say higher

GMacD....I have been told in a previous discussion on this site that they can be put on the non-vision.  I'm not clear on the height difference but it has been estimated at 1/2 or 3/4 inch.  I will try to remember to let you know.  Perhaps I will post an image on a new thread to show the difference.  Perhaps a before and after set of images. I think the Phantom shells for the both of them are identical.

I just put them on my P2 h3-2d non-vision, not the compass though. They are about 1/2" taller.

Thanks Mike.  I have the newer Phantom with the anti-static compass now so the mod should go without any short cable issues

If I understand you correctly, You bought a set of Vision Plus legs and put them on.  But not the Vision Plus leg with the anti-static compass.  From what I have seen posted, you could open the new anti-static compass cover and plug in the older unshielded wire plug.

Yes, exactly. A set of vision+ legs without any compass. I refitted my original compass in the usual location.
I could upgrade to the new compass and as you say fit the old wire to it but I haven't done so yet.

I received my new Phantom Vision Plus landing gear today.  They are taller than the non-vision gear.  I will take some images and post the before and after tomorrow. Looks like a trouble-free mod.
