If I'm flying a mission with Litchi and experience a crash, will there be any issues with repairs/ replacement under DJI care?  I haven't bought Litchi yet, but that is a consideration.  

I searched but didn't see this elsewhere.

If the cause of crash is due to using third party app your warranty is gone. If the cause of your crash while using third party app is Aircraft malfunction your warranty will cover it.

There are very few crashes caused by either dji app or litchi app, it's usually pilot error or malfunction.

Do not worry, using the third party APP will not affect your DJI Care. Please remark you have purchased DJI Care when you send it in.
