Hey everyone, this is my first time posting but I just want to say off the bat that this forum has provided a tremendous amount of useful information. It's been hugely helpful. Anways. we received the Inspire about 2 months ago, and just recently managed to get 2 more batteries delivered through a company here in Toronto. As for the second Remote Control, no luck. We've been after DJI for months now and the level of customer services has been absolutely atrocious. Is anyone else experiencing this? Here's the latest salvo:
