I bought Phantom 4 in May this year. After about 15 recharges of the battery, I have had some problems with the camera plugging out and hanging for a few seconds before it resumes image and stabilizes. Then I have to start recording again. Anyone who has experienced this and knows why this could happen?

Now after about 25 recharges, it happens almost every time I fly. Very irritating.

For the DJI techs, specify the firmware version. It will help.

If you are using new firmware there is defiantly a issue recording 4K 30fps. Records fine then all of a sudden stops recording and does weird gimbal "dance"

No problem. Mine has been doing same thing. Got mine in April. Hopefully firmware update will come soon. Some people are getting erratic flight also. Mine seems to work fine when recording 4K 24fps.

Thank you very much for the response, I will test 4K 24fps.

Is the firmware up to date? Please refer to the video below to upgrade the firmware. Have you tried to format the SD card , then test it again?
