Hi,

I was flying my Phantom Pro + with no issues yesterday, but was then prompted to upgrade the firmware...which I did.

However, even since doing that I am getting the following error message when I start up the controller: init map error??

Now...I have no maps (just some Chinese writing) and the drone won't start up...anywhere? It displays the 'Cannot Take Off' even with a strong GPS signal and displays a warning box telling me that the sircraft is locked and that I have to update to latest version? Any ideas on how to overcome this as I have no drone to work with at the moment?

It is also telling me now that new Firmware is available (01.04.0602) but it keeps failing when trying to update?

Have you tried to reset the RC to factory default?  As for the firmware,  please refer to the video below to upgrade it.
