When I fly my Phantom 4 Pro ferther than 300meters (980feet) I get a message saying week image transmission signal then cuts of my image.

1) I am using the iPad Pro 9.7inch and the iPhone 7.
2) I have to latest firmware for the drone and remote controller.
3) Latest version of the dji go 4 app.
4) have no magnetic interference and no opsticals (on the beach).
5) Battery for drone and remote controller fully charged.
6) Antennas properly aligned and not obstructed.
7) Same issues in 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz.
8) drone 3 days old.

Is any one else having the same issue and if you no how to fix it please share.

If all is up to date as you say then try re-linking the RC to aircraft, that may or may not help.

Takes about two minutes to do so worth a try. There have certainly been instances in the past where resynchronising the two has helped.

Join the club.  My p4 won't go much further either.

Make sure that the custom frequency settings are set at 4 mbps, not higher, this seems to effect the auto settings.

I would recommend you to check the image transmission settings when the warning appeared. Please send us the screenshot if applicable.
