I am unable to connect my phantom to my mac PV2 assistant software. The software does not recognize the phantom. The little lights in the bottom right corner do not light up. I have not had this problem in the past. There has been no damage to the quad. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, shut the system down and restarted several times. I am frustrated and not sure what else to do.
