Just opened a case to return my DJI Mavic Pro after crashing into water. I only specified that I will be returning the body for REPARATION but below it says that I should return the body with camera, gimbal and remote controller.
Should I make some changes / adjustments, if so how? I will (as per the notice) return the whole mavic with the controller (I will take a photo of this before returning it).
David, for the Mavic, if the RC is working properly, no need to send it in, you can send the whole Mavic ( With the gimbal and camera) in for diagnosis.
