Im Updated aircraft and battery now.The new battery will come to me in 10 days, will be a problem updating the new battery after September 1st??

No. The communication from DJI is a bit confusing.

There is no deadline for updating. You can update now or 3 months from now.
However, after September 1st only updated devices will be able to fly.

No. You can update it whenever you want. You can fly until the 1st of Sep. Your spark will not take off after the 1st of Sep. when you don't update it.
But I think if you stay on the actual App and forbid the GoApp Internet access you can fly as Long as you want with the old fw.

More interesting, I think:
With this update there is no back to an older firmware version anymore.
Clean sheet on versions now!
