I had a problem with live video feed in my ~4 year old Phantom 2 Vision.  Other threads suggest that this is a common problem (well... more than a handful of instances - perhaps common is the wrong term).  In any case, my correspondence with Support Europe remained helpful and courteous and I was persuaded to return the unit for assessment.  Shipment from UK to the Netherlands and return were undertaken at DJI expense and my Phantom was returned in around 3 weeks, fully operational.  The returns questionnaire was a wee bit challenging - I had problems finding proof of purchase for example - but overall I was very pleased and impressed with the service I got, start to finish.
