Hello. When I watching the raw video from P3A I see "skipped frames" in the movie (during flight) but when I put that movie on the Youtube it is very hard to see and show what i mean. Someone has something like that ? I have 1y guarantee left and I dont know what to do. It is normal ?

You can check the video cache in DJI GO and original video in SD card whether the issue remains. Post your video for better assistance.

I did already factory settings reset, card has been formatted. I checked another video options but problem still exist

It is highly likely your computer/software/hard drive/video card is too slow for the resolution you have on your video. This player is usually used to cure the "diseases" you are having trouble with.

Can not download your clip for checking right now because of an extremely slow internet connection just now.

plays fine for me.  playback loses 15-25 frames out of the 1000 frames in the video - i compared that with one of my own videos at same resolution and it's about the same loss percentage.  this is only playback though not in the actual video because it's random when the frames are dropped so it's vlc that's doing it.

I think I have good computer for the movies, it is  i7 4720 HQ, 16GB Ram, GF 860GTX with SSD drive, but something is wrong, I don't know yet what ... Because on my Galaxy S7 works perfect, hah

After few tests I found the problem. This is not hardware problem but with software.
Problem was f.lux software (https://justgetflux.com). Nice app by the way, but you need to turn it off during watching the movies. Ufff,  anyway all is fine now
