Today I was flying my mavic like any other day when it got to less then 400 mts lost thr connection signal and lost my drone
Any one have had that experience? I'm so sad

And you were unable to locate last position of your drone via DJI go app? There is menu find my drone you should be able see last location. Did you get any warning about interference or so? And you lost complete connection or only video/app? When you lost your drone was on RC LCD message Connecting?

If you upload the flight log (TXT file) from your mobile device to PhantomHelp using these instructions and post a link to it here we may be able to recommend where to look to find your Mavic or at least speculate on why this occurred.

Sorry for your loss, I would recommend you sync the flight records on the APP, then contact the Support, provide them with your DJI Account email and the date this occurred, they'll create a case for you.
