Fairly normal.....sometimes they take a few days to update the release notes....

Lets hope they release the release note early

Well it looks like the debug feature has been disabled in this build.

I'm leaving for Michigan in an hour.  It'll be a 9 hour drive from here.  Starting tomorrow, I'll dig in a little deeper, see if I can figure out how to re-enable DevTools.  For the Electron Browser, it's already enabled.  Don't confuse that with the Assistant window.  Looks like they put a lot of work into making DevTools a LOT harder to get into.
