Hello, i have a problem with my drone, it is all up to date and i didn't have any incidents with her. About 3 mounts ago she started to lose signal from about 300 meters, and the range it was decreasing since than. 3 weeks ago the signal decreased to about 3 meters, now it is permanently "signal lost" in the app an i can't control the drone with the remote, even if the remote is near the drone ar 20 cm... At first i thought that the remote is the problem and i buyed a new remote, but the problem is the same. I did relink with RC and all calibration, all seams to be normal, i have strong video-feed all the time. What to do? I don't have warranty anymore. Thx.

What's the version of the aircraft? How about adjusting the antenna?

all is up to date, aircraft v01.09.0200, phone app is up tu date, battery and remote are upp to date. At 20 cm from the drone it doesent matter how the antena is positioned. On left side and right side from the drone, at 10 cm between remote and drone it seames that i get 1 red line of signal

Have you tried to restart the drone in different areas? I would recommend you send the drone in for diagnosis and repair if it is the same.

Is this a new one?

Interesting that you also bought a new remote to try without any difference. Certainly sounds as if you may have an issue inside your phantom. 3-ft range is crazy. something is wrong for sure. Since the different remote yielded the same results, your only option might be to send it in. At least DJI could thoroughly test your aircraft out.

I would hope one of the DJI moderators could offer some advise for you since you are in Romania. I have no idea where the closest facility would be. Best of luck to you though.

usually with signal degradation its a module burning out or corrosion in the connections with corrosion it would get weaker and weaker till the corrosion inhibits the signal. definitely would say its in the AC if a new RC didn't help
