Its illegal in Netherlands to fly in the dark. Its illegal to fly above roads or houses even during daytime. Your video could be used by authorities to prosecute you.

The video looks great! But I have the same question: Is it legal to fly in the dark in Netherlands?

Dit is niet erg slim jongen. Je verpest het wel voor de dronevliegers die zich wel aan de regels houden. Ik denk dat je de regels even moet nakijken. En het zal mij niets verbazen als de luchtvaartpolitie binnenkort voor de deur staat.

Not only did you break the law, but the video isn't even worth it. Sad to see what running after fame makes people do.

They are working on new rules for drones in the Netherlands.  The Dutch government wants to tighten the rules. In the new rules the maximum flight distance will be 100 meters and the maximum height will be 50 meters. But they need (at this moment) accord in the parliament

it seems that video or link to it and also the title of post was switched due to comments, so most of the comments were under completely different footage - night and above the city.
This one looks much more responsible. I like it.
