Hi all, Im new to the forum and Phantom, not new to RC . I was wanting some input on props for my Phantom 2. Im currently using DJI factory props that came with the copter. I have balanced them and what a difference. Im running a HD-2d gimball and a hero 3+. Thanks for any insight !! Have any of you tried the carbon fiber props? Also how can you tell the real deal props even from Amazon?

When shopping on Amazon, it's sometimes tough to tell whether or not the props are OEM props. I always look for the following things:

- The listing should mention "OEM".
- The listing should have good reviews from reviewers that are marked as "Verified Purchase". When the props aren't OEM, people will often leave a comment saying they are not genuine.
- The listing should show a photo of the OEM package.

DJI does not make carbon fiber props. They do sell a set of 9443s that are reinforced with carbon fiber though. I always see good reviews on them, so it's the safest way to go if you want to use carbon fiber. You can find them at the following links:

I use the DJI CFR props on my P2V+ v3 and they work fine. I had one set of after market props and they were junk.
