If you use ios system, you need to use itune and find the "FlightRecords" file.

I have the same problem, it only sync 195 of the 492 flights.
1 month no problem, 6 months no problem, sync all gives a fail at 95%
ios go app 4.1.15 or android 4.1.9 makes no difference.
i think the problems are on the DJI servers.

Not at all... and is seems I am not the only one with this problem.
I just bought this lovely Apple iPad 10,5" to use it flying my drone... but it is very sad, that there is something that keeps me from getting ALL my flights back...
I have sent flightrecords, screenshots... and went to have my eyes check... nothing wrong with the latter

Interesting... this is a screenshot from this thread... the screenshot is from a INSTRUCTION VIDEO from DJI itself... (you can find it in this thread) and it is EXACTLY what I get on my Apple products when syncing Flightrecords... of my 267 flights I get 194 back... "SYNC FAILED. RETRY" which I of course did around 80 times... NO CHANGE...
You know about my problem... you answered... I have send my account info... but nothing changed yet...

Yes it is worrying, i also noticed that ending.

And for sure the fault is at DJI somewhere as my trouble was solved without me doing anything special, really hope that they get it fixed for you too soon.
