Hi all,

I hope somebody can point me in the correct direction.

I am trying to record footage in anything higher that 1080p and all the results look in slow motion and are unusable. am I missing a settting somewhere, if I set the Mavic to recored directly to my IPhone 6 there is no issues, the video is clean and sharp.

I have purchased a new sdcard as I thought that would be the problem, unfortunately it arrived today and the results were the same.

SANDISK - Extreme Plus Class 10 microSD Memory Card - 128 GB

yeah sound like a have to update your videocard and for 4k a new 4k  monitor

The 4K video captured from the DJI app, plays perfectly through the laptop in 4K, so unfortunately that is not the issue, but thank you for the reply

Do you have a better sample video. We can't see much from the short clip.

The DJI Go app only captures 1080p or 720p when used with the RC, not 4k. The 4K video is stored on the SD card only. What video editing software are you using? Maybe you need to update a codec.

Doesn't look in slow motion to me, in fact, there's hardly any motion in it except for her arm. Did you mean to upload a different video?

I have found the problem, and it is my laptops video card, I tried editing this video on a mac book pro with no problems at all, thanks for all your advise and prompt replies. New video card on order.

Works great on my laptop!
