I have a phantomone (older version) and I have upgrade it to version4:02. then I reinstallthe Phantom, but now my controlleris not working properly. I have this controller alreadyrecalibrated and stickson the DJI NAZAM Assistant_2.20. after thisstick calibration comes a text that says: After calibration, put all the TX sticks to their center position ,and observe whether all the sliders shown in the software are in the middleposition or not. If not, there is a problem with the TX owner´s manual to check/ adjust the TX stick calibration ( for example, the Transmitter Calibrationsection in the advanced manual of PHANTOM ). Then click the ´view´ tab to checkthe center position deviation value, the value between -100 and 100 is allowed.(the left stick of the SR6 controller does not return to the center point). ButI have already putthe sticks in themiddle.
((((for the update, I could put the left stick fromthe bottom to the middle so that themotors were runningslightly harder (not flying) and when I put the leftstick to the top  the phantomwill fly. ((((((after the update: i do the left stick to the middle but the  motor does not runningfaster. and if I use the leftstick to the top the motors run faster butincreases the phantom not.

please  tell  me what to do?

First, this is the forum for the Phantom 2 series, not the Phantom 1.

Second, Whew...!  I have read your post three times and I'm still not quite sure of the problem.  It sounds like a calibration problem with your controller so try this calibration procedure WITHOUT SOFTWARE:
